Skirmisher to Host Comicpalooza Party

Take the Comicpalooza fan convention to the next level on the night of Saturday, May 25, with an evening of food, drink, and revelry! Festivities will begin at 7 p.m. in the Presidential Suite of the Hilton Americas and continue until whenever. Entertainment and activities will include live music; party games like the popular "Furious Orcs," played with real catapults and castles made from shot glasses; giveaways for everyone who comes; authors, actors, and other celebrities; and maybe even belly dancers. Fun will be had by all!

Skirmisher Publishing LLC is proud to be sponsoring and hosting what promises to be an epic event. Its staff will be reprising a tradition the company started a decade ago at the Gen Con game convention for the release party of its Cthulhu Live horror live-action roleplaying game and be attired in asylum scrubs. People who went to Skirmisher's Saturday night party at Comicpalooza 2012 will remember what a bash it was and this year promises to be an even bigger and better bacchanal. And, as with last year, Skirmisher is pleased to have the support of Western Spirits Beverage Co. 

Since 2002, Skirmisher has been recognized throughout the game industry as a publisher of earnest and useful role-playing game supplements, rules, and sourcebooks. This Texas-based company has published more than 120 wargaming, fiction, and roleplaying titles. Its products include the "Swords of Kos" shared world fantasy fiction project and RPG campaign setting; numerous d20 publications and universal sourcebooks; the Wisdom from the Wastelands rules supplement for post-apocalyptic role-playing games; the H.G. Samples of all these products will be available to see at the party and among the items given away to lucky attendees.
